What is Domain Management Panel? |
|

Answer:
The Domain Management Panel is where you can manage your domain and update contact information and name server information assosciated with you domain(s).

How do I login to Domain Management Panel? |
|
Answer:
You can find our login panel on the right-hand side of our homepage www.NamesBeyond.Com. To login, you will need to enter your Username and Password. Your Username was generated by our system upon domain registration, which begins with "CID-" or "NER2R-". If you have forgotten your login information, you can retrieve it by clicking on "Forgot Your Password?" and then enter the domain. The Username and Password will be automatically emailed to the registered email address of the Owner/Registrant.

How to change my contact information? |
|
Answer:
After you login to Domain Management, you can update your account information by clicking on the icon for "View & Modify Your Account Information", which you can find on the left panel. After you fill in the new information, click on "Apply Changes" and then click "Done" to close the window. You will notice that you cannot change the name of your account, because it would involve an Ownership Transfer, even if you are still the Owner/Registrant and that you simply want to update the name. For details of processing an Ownership Transfer, please refer to Q.8. You can update the contact information for your Admin, Tech, and Billing Contact, by clicking on the respective icons displayed in the main frame.

How to change my name server information? |
|
Answer:
After you login to Domain Management, you can update the name server information by clicking on the icon for "Modify Name Servers". After you entered the new name servers information on the pop-up window, click on "Apply Changes" and then click "Done" to close the window. Once you have changed the information of a name server, all domains associated to this name server will be updated automatically.

How to configure my domain services? |

Answer:
If you have subscribed Domain Forwarding Service from NamesBeyond.Com, you can update the forwarding details inside the Domain Management Panel. For Domain (DNS) Hosting and Email Hosting Service, you will need to make changes by sending your request to tech@namesbeyond.com , along with your account Username and Password for verification purpose.

How to renew my domain name? |

Answer:
To renew your domain registration, please go to our Renewal Page and follow our simple online renewal process.

How to delete my domain name? |
|
Answer:
You can delete your domain name from the registry database by sending an email request to support@namesbeyond.com , along with your Username and Password for verification purpose. Please note that if you delete your domain registration, the domain will be put back to the available pool of domains and you will not receive any refund for the remaining term of the registration.

How to transfer the ownership of my domain name? |
|
Answer:
After you login to Domain Management, click on the icon for "Transfer Ownership", and fill out the required information. An email will be sent to the pending new owner asking for the new Owner/Registrant information. The transfer will be processed upon receiving the requested information.
