In order to qualify for the discount offer by dotCoop for .COOP registrations for the Enhanced Getting Started with .Coop Promotion, Registrant hereby agrees to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. 1. Registrations must be made within the period 00:00:00 1 April 2009 until 23:59:59 UTC 31 August 2010.

2. The registrant must be eligible for .coop domains as defined by the .Coop registry. Eligibility confirmation is at the sole discretion of the .coop Sponsor (dotCoop).

3. The registrant must have no .coop domains currently registered with any .coop accredited Registrar. Determination of ownership in regards to eligibility for this program is at the sole discretion of dotCoop registry.

4. . Only one 1-year registration from an eligible registrant may qualify for the discount. FREE domain name offer cannot be used for part of multiple year registrations. The registrant may register other domains at the same time, but they will be charged the standard price for any other .coop domains. Renewals and transfers are not eligible for this offer.
